Video analysis - The Show - Lenka

Lenka Kripac, stage name being just Lenka music video for The Show is worldknown as it as been used in a number of advertis most commonly known one being the Old Navey, The Show is taken from Lenka's first self titled album.
The relationship with the visuals seen in the video and the lyrics are not that noticeable, the video opens with stage curtains opening relating back to the song title and the lyrics of the song 'The show' being the title and the lyrics in the song 'just enjoy the show'.
At 0:15 in the video we see an old man wondering across the video looking lost, this relates back to the lyrics 'I don't know where to go, can't do it alone' Lenka is also sitting on her own when this lyric is said. We then see later in the video the relationship with the visuals and the lyrics as she gets put on a full bus between two people and the lyric then leads to 'I'm just a little bit caught in the middle'. Throughout the video we see Lenka standing on a stage on in front of a group of people relating back to the title of the song and the lyrics 'just enjoy the show.' After the curtains open it shows a performance based video with a narrative, being the first single from her self titled album there is a lot of focus on Lenka with close ups and her featuring throughout the video, this builds up an association of the song with the singers face. As Lenka is a new artist and this being her first single it would be a lot of focus on her for a buzz to be created around her.
The music of the song does also relate back to the how the video has being edited, the pace of the video does go with the beat of the song and makes the video watchable.
